We hand deliver to most areas of Onondaga County. Deliveries outside of Onondaga will be shipped via UPS from our Syracuse, NY location.
Single or small multiple gift orders for local delivery placed by 11:00 AM will be fulfilled on the same day, **with the exception of peak holiday times. Please call for fulfillment times during the winter holiday season.** With the exception of this time of year, orders placed after 1:00 can often be accommodated same day, and will be processed in the order they are received.

Gifts destined outside our delivery areas in Onondaga County will be delivered via UPS ground. Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, and destination of the gift.
We take a lot of care to be sure our gifts look just a great when they arrive as when they leave our store; there is a packing material and handling charge of $4.50-$6.50 on any gift that we ship out of the area to cover the labor and materials involved in our packing process.
